STORY: “In a quest to create my most peaceful and relaxing image to date, I found myself in the frigid waters of Lake Minnetonka, dressed only in surf shorts. The idea was to shoot a “placeless” image; one that collectors from all around the world could visualize in their back yard, and to that effect, sure, it could have been shot in the canals of Miami, an alpine lake in Canada, a swamp in Thailand, or anywhere in between.
